You acknowledge and agree that Promatica shall own and have the unrestricted right to use, publish, and otherwise exploit any and all information that you post or otherwise publish on the Site in postings, survey responses, and otherwise, and you hereby waive any claims against Promatica for any alleged or actual infringements of any rights of privacy or publicity, moral rights, or rights of attribution in connection with Promatica's use and publication of such submissions. 8. Governing Law; Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, England and Wales without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Norway, England and Wales.

What personally-identifiable information is collected?

Promatica collects personally-identifiable information on certain areas of the Site when users register, request publications or other information, sign up for conferences and events, apply for jobs, and participate in user posting areas, such as bulletin boards, discussion forums, and surveys. The personally-identifiable information collected may consist of a unique access ID, company or school affiliations, titles, and contact information, such as names, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, and telephone and fax numbers, and, for recruiting purposes, any other personally-identifiable information on your resume. Promatica uses your personally-identifiable information to fulfill your requests for publications or other information, to process your requests to participate in conferences and events, and to evaluate any job applications or other employment-related inquiries that you may submit.
