Since leaving University of Agder (UIA) in 1980 Roger has worked in the IT sector as IT Manager, Director and consultant with primary focus on logistics, planning and scheduling systems. He has worked in diverse industries such as oil & gas, aviation, food & beverages, aluminum and electronics. Roger established Promatica in October 1987 as a solution provider of management planning and scheduling systems. In recent years he has re-focused the organisation, creating a thoroughbred software company, building the ANYPLAN solution.  

Andy has more than 20 years experience in new product development and business consulting. He was co-founder, CTO and Director of Strategy at SmithBayes until November 2008. He has worked on business strategy and planning solutions for diverse companies in the telco, engineering and media sectors. Andy spent 13 years at Reuters (now Thomson Reuters) in a variety of project and product management roles including Head of Real Time Information Products and Corporate Web Manager.  

Eillif has been a partner in Promatica for more than 10 years during which time he has developed advanced models for project and maintenance management and been responsible for all customer solutions. He has extensive experience of planning within oil and aviation industries. His goal to make sure that Promatica's new generation of software deliver more planning capabilities than previous software. Prior to joining Promatica, Eillif held general and financial managerial positions in the trading, engineering and financial industries.  

Tuan was the first employee in Promatica Vietnam and he has been instrumental in setting up and developing the company there. Tuan has a BA in Management and Technology as well as a Diploma in e-Technology Computing from the Academic Counsil of NIIT in 2002. Tuan's main focus has been to build the company as an attractive employer in Ho Chi Minh City.

Hai has more than 15 years of experience as a Systems Developer, Architect and Lead Architect. He received his BS from Hue University and Engineering in Computer Science degree from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology. Before joining Promatica, Hai spent over 12 years with CSC Inc., one of the world’s leading software development companies. Hai plays a central role on the future development of Promatica Vietnam.  

Thomas has a Master of Science in Information and Communication Technology from University of Agder (UIA). Prior to joining Promatica, Thomas worked for Ventelo, a large Norwegian internet and telecoms provider, for five years. Thomas has experience as a systems developer, architect, project manager and team leader.  

Kristine has 17 years of experience in marketing and product management from international IT, telecom and media companies. Kristine has worked in the UK and the US and has vast experience in internationalisation, product placement and launches in an international arena. Kristine worked for companies such as Reuters (Thompson Reuters) and Telenor before she joined Promatica.
