Anyplan 2.1 is successfully launched

Anyplan 2.1 is successfully launched and implemented across the
worldwide sites of National Oilwell Varco (NOV). The new version of
Anyplan has a groundbreaking new user interface - allowing users to
focus on their planning activities rather than on the planning
systems itself.
Anyplan 2.1 sets the agenda for a new generation of planning
systems. Anyplan is engineered so that it can cater for all types
of planning, using any methodology and at its core is a whole new
way of interacting with the system through its intuitive user
interface.
NOV has their entire supply chain management process controlled in
Anyplan and are in the process of implementing the system across
hundreds of their sub-contractors. Anyplan makes NOVs supply chain
processes highly efficient with a minimum of bureaucracy.
